Returns Policy

Pathfinder Clothing Co is an independent, family owned and run business. We design, print, pack and ship every order ourselves. Please make sure you have checked our sizing guides thoroughly and if you are unsure on anything give us a shout. 

All items are thoroughly quality checked prior to shipping, in the unfortunate event that you do need to send something back please email us at info@pathfinderclothingco.co.uk and we can sort that out for you. Any items sent back without first being requested will not be accepted and your refund will not be issued. Please be aware we don’t currently provide return labels. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for your peace of mind.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please note to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please return all items including any extras included with the order as this may affect your refund.
