When will my order be dispatched?

To minimalise waste, all our products are made to order. We ask you give us up to 5 working days (Monday - Friday) for dispatch. We post 48 hour tracked. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number with your dispatch email confirmation.  If you have not received your order within 10 days of the dispatch email, please get in touch at info@pathfinderclothingco.co.uk.  Royal Mail say 10 working days are needed before a claim can be opened.  Once a case has been settled with Royal Mail, we can refund or replace your item(s).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards are accepted through the store. 

I've put the wrong delivery address, what can I do?

Email us ASAP with your order number so we can amend before your order is made and dispatched. Unfortunately, after this nothing can be done.

How should I wash my order?

We want to make sure you get as much wear out of your garment as possible so we recommend washing inside out at 30c. Do not tumble dry, hang drying inside out is best and do not iron the print. 

What do I do if my order is faulty?

Head over the returns / exchange section of the site for all the info you need.

I missed something off my order but don’t want to pay shipping again, can you help?

Absolutely! If your order hasn’t been packed and dispatched drop us a message ASAP and we’ll let you know how to add on to your order.
